  • Student/teacher relationships will not be tolerated. Staff members found to be engaging in inappropriate conduct with students will have their contract terminated immediately and will be referred to the Ministry's Department of Law Enforcement.
  • Truancy will not be tolerated. Any student found wandering the halls during class time will be sent back to class and given a detention.
  • All student living quarters have been set up the same way so as to keep everything fair. No house is being treated better than the other house.

  • Students are required to eat at their own table for the duration of dinner. Once dinner is over and dessert has been served, you may feel free to visit other tables. During breakfast and lunch, you may sit anywhere you'd like.

  • Lunch will be served from 12:00pm until 1:00pm.
  • Dinner will be served from 5.30pm until 7.30pm.
  • Students who miss any meals may speak to their Head of House for permission to enter the kitchens.
  • The school grounds are strictly off limits from 5.30pm onwards. Students caught on the grounds after this time will be sent to the Headmaster for punishment.
  • Students are not permitted to visit Woodberg County during the week. They are free to visit the town on the weekends and during school holidays, however.
  • Students are advised to keep Oasis Hill Academy out of their thoughts whilst not on Amorcya Island. This is for your own protection.

  • If a student wishes to comment on these rules, he/she is encouraged to speak to Headmaster Chapman.

Woodberg County Rules and Guidelines:

  • As stated in the school rules, students are not permitted to visit Woodberg County during the week. Fridays through Sundays are the designated visiting days.
  • The above rule does not apply during school and public holidays.
  • Woodberg County is a muggle based town. The Wizarding Board of Education in combination with the Ministry of Magic advises students to not use magic in the town.
  • Students are to leave their wands and any other magical items at Oasis Hill Academy.
  • Students are prohibited to speak of anything magical, including the Ministry of Magic, the Dark Lord/Death Eaters, and magic of any kind.
  • Students found to be speaking of anything magical or performing magic will be immediately given an in-school suspension and will have their Woodberg County visiting rights revoked.
  • Students are to be on their best behaviour whilst in Woodberg County. If Oasis Hill Academy receives any complaints from the muggles or witches/wizards stationed in the town, those students will have their Woodberg County visiting rights revoked.
  • The muggles of Woodberg County have been told that the Dark Lord is a terrorist by the name of Tom Riddle, and have therefore been informed that speaking of Amorcya Island outside of the island is strictly forbidden.
