• A site-wide email will be sent to all members at the beginning of roll call and the day before it ends.
  
• The only exception to responding to roll call is if a member has posted in absences with every intent of returning, or if a member has spoken to an admin… with every intent of returning.
  
• All characters who wish to be deleted and have provided a reason will remain on the canon list with their reason for leaving OHA next to them.
  
• All characters who wish to be deleted with no reason will remain on the canon list and will be opened back up as if the character never existed.
  
• If a member does not respond to roll call and has not spoken to an admin and/or posted in absences, the Admins will provide a reason for that character’s disappearance OR if the character did not make an impact on other’s plots (as determined by the admins) the account will be deleted and the spot will be opened back up on the canon list.
  
• Having a character is a huge commitment. The Admins advise you to not drop your character lightly. If a member drops more than one of their characters, the Admins will be hesitant to accept future character applications.

Suggested reasons to drop your character:

• I have not played on OHA for a while and have no intentions of coming back.
  
• HARRY POTTER IS LAME. Whine whine whine.

Suggested reasons to NOT drop your character:

• I am busy with school and don’t have the time to roleplay at the moment. You’ve put too much time and thought into your character to drop them. You do not have to leave just because you’re busy. You are welcome to keep your character and roleplay when you DO have the time!
  
• Nobody plots with my character; I don’t think they like me! We’re very sorry to hear that you feel that way. Feel free to PM one of the Admins (Ree, Ren or Frankie) and we will try to plug your characters into sitewide plots. We will also give you some tips on how you can feel more like a part of OHA.
