Buyer
Your Full Name: Cassiopeia Lestrange
Your Date of Birth: April 1st 1993
Your Occupation: Bartender, Singer
Spouse's Full Name:
Spouse's Date of Birth:
Spouse's Occupation:
Full names and ages of immediate family and whoever else will be/has been residing with you: Let's hope none show up.
Street Name: Palm Lane
Street Number: 319
Full Description of your House: A small, comfortable house that would be considered crowded if it housed any more than two people. Luckily it houses only the musical bartender of the Drunken Elf. The yard is well-kept but unremarkable, as if it's owner had no time to plant anything to augment the grass and the sapling maple tree in the center of the yard. There are no clues on the outside of the house to hint at the life of its owner, but a strumming guitar can often be heard at all times of the day or night, its music drifting out of the open windows. The inside of the house is nearly as impersonal. A small, cream-tiled kitchen is to the left of the white front door. It's spotless but looks rarely used, though there are some dog-eared cookbooks on a rack by the refrigerator. A white wooden table with four white wooden chairs around it serves as the dining area. The kitchen opens up into the wood floored and wood paneled living room where a large bookshelf stuffed with textbooks takes the place where muggles would normally hang a television. A comfy and worn brown couch sits opposite the bookshelf, and on the wall opposite the kitchen. To the left of the front door are two bedrooms separated by a conjoined bathroom. The larger (though by no means large) bedroom serves as the master bedroom, housing a creaky old queen size bed with two think black quilts draped over the top. Under the bed is a beat-up black guitar case with a pristine and well-tuned guitar kept inside. An old wooden dresser stands at the foot of the bed. The bathroom is clean and unremarkable, housing a toilet, a sink, and a bathtub/shower. A single blue toothbrush lies on the counter next to a tube of toothpaste. The guest bedroom has a full-sized bed with blue quilts on it and a smaller dresser than the one in the master bedroom. The room looks unused. There are at least two windows in every room of the house, and none of them have curtains, keeping the house constantly sunny and open.
Price (in galleons) of your House: 4029, much of it donated by the people at Oasis

Buyer
Your Full Name: Janette Amorcya
Your Date of Birth: 6 April, 1973
Your Occupation: Actress
Spouse's Full Name: David Amorcya
Spouse's Date of Birth: March 16, 1967
Spouse's Occupation: Author/researcher
Full names and ages of immediate family and whoever else will be/has been residing with you: Gabrielle Amorcya, 16
Michelle Amorcya, 16
Street Name: Maple Court
Street Number: 1120
Full Description of your House: Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe the Amorcya Mansion. Magnificent is one word used to describe it. Expensive is another. This white brick 12 bedroom, 11.5 bathrooms mansion is what the Amorcya family calls home. Only five rooms of the Amorcya mansion are used. Two rooms have been reserved and decorated for Gabrielle and Michelle’s friends, Adrienne Taylor and Danielle Hale. There are seven guest rooms, each with their own bathroom and theme. The house is kept looking beautiful by the large amounts of butlers, maids and house elves the Amorcya’s employ.

Gabrielle's room is on the far left side of the mansion. It is a fraction bigger than Michelle's, something that Gabrielle is extremely proud of. Gabrielle's room has been painted pale pink and decorated accordingly with pale pink and white furniture. Her queen bed is pushed up against the very back wall, close to the door that leads to the bathroom Gabrielle shares with her sister. The bed is made of pale pink metal, covered by two thick pale pink and white blankets with seven fluffy pillows, all in different shades of pink and covered with stuffed animals. On either side of the bed are pink bedside tables. At the end of the bed are two matching pale pink dog beds which are rarely used by Gabrielle's Papillon puppy, Cupcake and Collie puppy, Frosting. A large, expensive scratching post sits beside the bedside table for Gabrielle's Siamese cat, Sprinkles. A chest of drawers sits against the side wall, beside a door that leads to Gabrielle's walk-in cupboard. On the chest of drawers sits a miniature version of the Oasis Hill willow tree. Covering the walls are various pictures from different magazines. The room is also decorated with pictures of Gabrielle and her friends and Gabrielle's various pets. There is a fireplace along the same wall as the door that leads to the balcony. In front of the fireplace is a pale pink and white three-seat couch with two matching footrests. Beside the fireplace is a glass sliding door that leads to Gabrielle's balcony. Next to the door on the outside is a large cage with a rainbow Macaw named Muffin in it. In the corner of the balcony is a somewhat large, yet still miniature version of the Oasis Hill willow tree. A rope bridge that was constructed by Michelle and Gabrielle connects their balconies.

The bathroom that the two girls share has been painted in pastel coloured splatters. The bathroom is large enough for two. Along one wall there is two sinks with two mirrors, one for each girl. In front of the sinks are rugs that match the colour of each girl’s room. A pink rug for Gabrielle and a light blue rug for Michelle. The bathroom has two toilets, one shower and one large bathtub. The bathroom is the home to the two monkeys Gabrielle and Michelle keep secret from their parents. Michelle’s monkey is named Orange Cake, and Gabrielle’s monkey is named Banana Cake.

Michelle's room is in the front of the house, right next to the bathroom she shares with Gabrielle. Her room is actually a fraction smaller than her sister's, but she never seemed to mind. Her room is decorated in different shades of blue. Her queen bed stands in the farthest corner from the door and is made out of dark walnut wood, and her blankets are a light blue. She has around five pillows on her bed, each of them a different shade of blue. She had a dark brown brick fireplace and is one of her favorite parts of her room. She has two chocolate colored squishy chairs that sit in front of the fireplace and Michelle is often found there reading one of her many old novels from her small walnut bookcase that sites by her bed.
She has a large cage by the sliding glass door that leads to the balcony, for her Owl Cherry. She also has a light brown dog bed at the foot of her bed for her Yorkshire Terrier, Apple. Other than pictures of waterfalls, nothing is on her blue walls. Just outside on her balcony she had a small cage with her bluebird, Blueberry, inside it.

The rest of the house has been decorated with expensive and tasteful furniture. A large room has been completely dedicated to muggle technology. This is so the family has somewhere to watch Janette’s muggle movies. Other than watching Janette’s muggle movies, this room is rarely ever used.

The grounds that surround the Amorcya Mansion are just as beautiful and magnificent as the mansion itself. The grounds are home to a variety of animals, both tamed and wild. Behind the mansion is a stable, home to the horses owned by the twins. While there are over ten horses in the stable, the girls both have their favourites - Strawberry, Michelle’s chestnut paint mare and Cookie, Gabrielle’s Appaloosa Anglo-Arab. Behind the stable there is a lake that is home to swans, ducks, and many different breeds of fish.
Price (in galleons) of your House: 251, 658 galleons.

Post  Ruby Marie Chapman on Tue Jun 16, 2009 4:59 am

Buyer
Your Full Name: Nathan Chapman
Your Date of Birth: 16 October, 1963
Your Occupation: Headmaster of Oasis Hill Academy
Spouse's Full Name: Martha Chapman
Spouse's Date of Birth: July 24, 1968
Spouse's Occupation: Housewife
Full names and ages of immediate family and whoever else will be/has been residing with you: Kyle Tyson Chapman, 17
Ruby Marie Chapman, 17
______ Chapman, 11
Street Name: Daring Avenue
Street Number: 56
Full Description of your House: The Chapman residence is possibly the second largest mansion on Amorcya Island. Though not as large as the Amorcya Mansion, the Chapman residence is still just as extravagant. The Chapman residence is a large, 8 room brick mansion at the very end of Daring Avenue. Each room has its own bathroom, and each room has been decorated according to the person inhabiting it. Unlike the Amorcya Mansion, which has three balconies, the Chapman residence only has one balcony, which is connected to Nathan and Martha’s room.

KYLE’S ROOM DESCRIPTION GOES HERE, FOOL.

Ruby’s room faces the back side of the house, and is perhaps too large for the girl who inhabits it. The walls of Ruby’s room have been painted pale yellow, almost white. The carpet has been ripped up and replaced with hardwood flooring. A large ceiling-to-floor window provides Ruby with her view of the backyard. Ruby’s large cherry wood king sized bed sits in front of the window. The bed is simply decorated with two thick blankets, one black, and the other gold. Two matching bedside tables sit on either side of the bed, one with a gold lamp on it. To the left of the bed is a fireplace. In front of the fireplace is a single black squishy couch with a matching footrest and a gold fluffy cushion. Beside the fireplace is the door that leads to Ruby’s bathroom. To the right of the bed is a chest of drawers made from cherry wood. Beside the chest of drawers is the door that leads into Ruby’s walk-in wardrobe. A glass desk sits on the other side of the chest of drawers and in front of a smaller window that provides Ruby with her natural lighting. At the end of Ruby’s bed are six designer dog beds for her dogs. Ruby has a female Cocker Spaniel named Dream, a male Dachshund named Sausage, a male Pug named Frank, a female Samoyed named Fluffy, a male German Shepherd named Danger and a female Dalmatian named Pearl. Ruby also has three cats. A Munchkin kitten named Tiny, an Egyptian Mao named Spots and a Persian named Angel. All three cats have their own little cat houses and they all share a large and expensive scratching post.

OTHER CHILD’S ROOM DESCRIPTION GOES HERE.

The grounds that surround the Chapman residence are just as large as the grounds at the Amorcya Mansion. A small amount of the grounds is taken up by the ten-stable barn that houses Ruby’s buckskin mare, Obsession. A small dam sits behind the barn and houses many different fish breeds, swans and ducks. The grounds around the Chapman residence also play home to many different breeds of animal, including the three hippogriffs that were purchased for breeding purposes.
Price (in galleons) of your House: 150, 253 galleons

Re: Buying/Selling Houses Template

Post  Chad Wyler on Mon Oct 11, 2010 5:39 am

Buyer
Your Full Name: Chad Wyler
Your Date of Birth: June 15th, 1990
Your Occupation: Owner and bartender at The Drunken Elf
Spouse's Full Name: -
Spouse's Date of Birth: -
Spouse's Occupation: -
Full names and ages of immediate family and whoever else will be/has been residing with you: N/A
Street Name: Palm Lane
Street Number: 316 (yes. he lives across the road from Cassie. COMPLETE COINCIDENCE. –cough-)
Full Description of your House: When you walk up the sidewalk to number 316 Palm Lane, you are greeted by a white picket fence surrounding a neatly mowed lawn. Hedges line the inside of the fence, with a few small trees planted in the small front yard. A cobbled path stretches from the sidewalk up to two steps, that lead up to a wooden porch which goes around the entire house. An off white door provides entrance to the cream coloured house.

Once inside the house, you walk into a large living room that joins onto the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is painted white, with black and white tiles. Benches with black granite tops line the walls, breaking only to allow a home for the oven and stove top, and breaking again to allow a home for the large fridge. A table that can seat six sits in the adjoining dining room. Towards the back of the kitchen is a glass sliding door that leads to the backyard. The living room holds two couches – one three seater couch and one two seater couch. Both are black. The three seater couch is along the back wall of the living room while the two seater couch is along the side wall, in front of a window that looks out into the front yard. In the middle of the living room is a square cherry wood coffee table that has several magazines strewn across it. A TV unit sits along another wall near the front door, with a large flat screen TV on top of it (courtesy of Chad’s muggle-savvy neighbours).

Next to the TV unit is a hallway. Right at the very end of the hallway is the master bedroom, a large room with two windows – one looking out on the front yard, and one looking out to the side of the house. It is furnished by Chad’s large king sized bed with black silk sheets and black and red silk blankets and pillow cases. The bed sits underneath the window that looks out on the front yard. On either side of the bed are two matching bedside tables, the one on the left holding a lamp, the one on the right holding a muggle alarm clock. There are two doors at the end of Chad’s room – one leads to his walk in closet, the other leads to his bathroom.

The first door on the right leads to the spare bedroom that Chad keeps furnished with a queen sized bed, bedside tables and smaller, yet still impressive flat screen TV. It holds a built in wardrobe, the sliding doors both mirrored. The bedroom has one window, which sits above the bed, looking out into the front yard. Across from the bedroom is the main bathroom, which is home to a spa bath.

If you walk outside via the glass sliding door, you end up in the backyard. The backyard is as neatly mowed as the front yard, and is large enough to hold several dogs. There are a few trees planted around the backyard to provide shade. Chad keeps a table and chair setting on the back porch, which is also home to a muggle style barbecue. There are a few dog toys strewn around the backyard, and a dog house along the back fence. These belong to the large German Shepherd Chad owns.
Price (in galleons) of your House: 9, 652 galleons.
